Our F45 team is looking for an ASSISTANT COACH- must be energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic Trainer. F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience. As an F45 Trainer, you will run group training sessions, assess member fitness levels, build a community that keeps our members coming back every day and promote the F45 brand throughout our market area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be able to commit to 5 times / dates each month to qualify for free unlimited membership and stay on the coaching and substitute list
- Assist Lead Coach on Saturdays for F45 group training classes
- Ensure members are performing exercises safely, using the correct form at all times, and offering modifications as needed
- Promote an energetic environment and create a culture of family at F45
- Inspire members to fully utilize all F45 resources to achieve personal fitness goals
- Setup the studio for specific functional training classes
- Ensure the studio is impeccably clean and maintained at all times
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Conduct quick studio tour and breakdown of F45 Program for new clients (when managers our absent)
Qualifications:
- 3 month minimum experience in training or group fitness classes
- Must be working towards a Personal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organization
- Must have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Exceptional communication skills
- Willing to accept constructive feedback from our Trainer Development Manager
- Eager to move up to the next level (Permanent Coach or Lead Coach)
- Ability to develop strong relationships with members
- Solid knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiology
- Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
- Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and afternoons
