🎯 What You’ll Do
- Drive new business and achieve monthly revenue goals
- Conduct fitness assessments and confidently present services
- Close sales and renew client packages
- Deliver personalized in-home and on-site workouts using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App
- Educate clients on technique, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Mentor and support other trainers on the team
- Represent the GYMGUYZ brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
🔑 What You Bring
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of exercise science and nutrition
- Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours
