What You'll Be Doing:

As a GYMGUYZ Certified Personal Trainer, you'll deliver personalized, results-driven fitness experiences in a variety of settings.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conduct engaging, safe, and effective one-on-one, partner, and small-group training sessions.
Develop customized fitness programs tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and individual needs.
Help clients improve strength, mobility, endurance, flexibility, weight management, and overall wellness.
Perform fitness assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App to track progress and adjust programs.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through motivation, accountability, and exceptional service.
Maintain accurate session records, client progress notes, and scheduling information using company-approved applications.
Manage your schedule professionally and communicate effectively with clients and the GYMGUYZ team.
Create positive, encouraging training experiences that keep clients motivated and excited about their progress.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for trainers who bring more than just fitness knowledge. We want individuals who genuinely care about people and take pride in helping others succeed.

Required Qualifications:

Current personal training certification from a nationally recognized organization such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent.
Current CPR/AED certification.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes, offices, and other training locations.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Comfortable using mobile and web-based applications such as Mindbody, Trainerize, and other fitness management tools.
Professional, dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Passion for fitness, coaching, and helping people achieve their goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience providing personal training or fitness coaching.
Experience working with a diverse clientele, including beginners, seniors, and individuals with different fitness goals.
Knowledge of strength training, corrective exercise, functional fitness, mobility, and weight management.
Ability to adapt training programs to different environments, equipment availability, and client needs.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
