Lead & Inspire
- Build and coach a high-performing team that delivers excellence in every client interaction

- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones to foster communication and accountability

- Oversee daily operations and business development activities
- Lead sales, marketing, and client engagement strategies

- Manage scheduling, payroll, and logistics for smooth day-to-day operations
- Ensure all sessions, vehicles, and equipment meet GYMGUYZ standards for quality and safety

What You Bring
- 3+ years of management experience in fitness or related industries
- Proven leadership and sales success with a people-first approach
- Strong business acumen with budgeting and operations experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
