What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging, personalized in-home and on-site personal training sessions
- Design customized fitness programs using the GYMGUYZ App
- Conduct client reassessments and progress tracking
- Educate clients on healthy habits and sustainable lifestyle changes
- Manage your schedule and client communications professionally
- Encourage, motivate, and celebrate client success
- Participate in community outreach and relationship-building activities
- Represent GYMGUYZ's core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence (DRIVE) — in every session
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between client appointments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a variety of client populations
- Passion for helping others achieve lasting results
- Comfortable using fitness technology and mobile applications
- Experience with Trainerize, Mindbody, or similar platforms
